1. Information We Collect

Personal Data: Name, email address, password (encrypted), and profile information. Identity verification (KYC) or bank details may be collected if you withdraw THB from the Marketplace or receive creator payouts.

Transaction Data: Vault purchase history, DHC coin ledger, THB trading history in the Marketplace, and necessary payment gateway information (we do not store full credit card numbers).

Technical & Gameplay Data: IP Address, device information, Arena battle logs, and the UUIDs of the digital cards you own.

2. How We Use Your Information

Manage your account and provide features like the Vault, Marketplace, and Arena.

Process payments, peer-to-peer (P2P) trading, and revenue split payouts (for Creators/Affiliates).

Improve algorithms, prevent fraud, monitor for anti-money laundering compliance, and maintain system security.

3. Transparency & Public Disclosure

Important: A core feature of DomHuang is transparency. When you pull a high-rarity card (Super Rare or above), the system will display data on the "Transparency Board" and "Leaderboards," which includes:

Timestamp of the pull.
Card rarity and UUID.
Your username in a masked format (e.g., Dom***88) to protect your privacy while proving that a real user obtained the item.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

Payment Gateways: To process THB transactions and DHC purchases.

Creators and Artists: Only anonymized and aggregated statistical data, so they can understand the overall sales performance of their series.

Law Enforcement: If required by applicable laws, regulations, or for tax compliance related to marketplace trading.

5. Your Rights (PDPA/GDPR)
