1. Introduction
Welcome to DomHuang ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using domhuang.com and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). To make financial transactions, you must be 18 years old or have parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information.
3. Virtual Assets and Currencies
Virtual Currency (DHC): DHC is a digital currency for use strictly within the Vault and Arena. Under no circumstances can players withdraw, exchange, or redeem DHC for real-world fiat currency.
Marketplace Transactions: User-to-user card trading in the Marketplace is conducted directly in Thai Baht (THB). The Platform acts solely as a payment processor and title transfer agent, deducting applicable platform fees as disclosed prior to the transaction.
Digital Cards: Cards obtained represent a limited, non-transferable license to use the digital asset within the DomHuang ecosystem. You do not acquire Intellectual Property (IP) rights to the artwork.
4. Purchases and Gacha Mechanics
Products such as "Packs" or "Boxes" in the Vault operate on a pre-generated Random Number Generator (RNG) mechanic. All purchases of digital goods are final. No refunds will be provided once a product has been opened or added to your account.
5. User Conduct and Arena Rules
Users are strictly prohibited from using automated scripts (bots), hacks, or attempting to exploit the game's API, Marketplace, or leaderboards. Any detected fraudulent behavior will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all digital assets and balances without compensation.
6. Creator and Affiliate Rights
Revenue splits for artists and affiliates are governed by a separate "Creator Agreement." The Platform reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
DomHuang provides its services on an "As Is" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We shall not be liable for any indirect losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform.
